YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
Reporting to the Credit Director, the Accounts Receivables Agent is responsible to keep a proper management of receivable accounts by insuring both credit risk management and receivable accounts recovery.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate and negotiate with clients regarding their credit. Establish risk mitigation tools, negotiate agreements for defaulted payments, etc.

Make recovery calls, documentation, and follow-ups.

Establish and maintain good relationships with our clients and sales teams.

Open and analyze new client’s files, and punctually review our existing clients’ files.

Work closely with the Credit Director to resolve and document litigations; identify issues and follow-up.

Reconcile and ensure maintenance of clients’ accounts.

Application of payments received from our customers.

Other related tasks.

Answer calls from customers with billing questions
QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Minimum 5 years of relevant employment experience.

Bilingual French/English, both written and spoken.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
