Job Description
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES:
-
You will support the legal team in the drafting, translation and revision of letters, policies, forms, basic commercial agreements and various communications;
-
You ensure that the legal team meets deadlines and follows up on current files by actively participating in meetings and preparing agendas and presentation material as needed;

You help with the general organization of contracts and legal documents, and the implementation of processes to facilitate contract management;
-
You support the Vice-President Legal Affairs (resolution, organization chart, minutes of meetings, preparation of Board of Directors meetings, etc.) and help her organize various activities and events, as well as business trips;

You support the organization of publicity contests (follow-up with the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, submission of required forms, compliance with conditions).
Qualifications
HE EXPERTISE WE'RE LOOKING FOR TO TAKE US FURTHER:

You have a DEC in paralegal techniques or equivalent training, combined with 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in a similar role.

You have an excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite;
-
You are meticulous and have a keen eye for detail and quality of work;

You are able to manage priorities and organize your work effectively;
-
You have good interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise discretion;
-
You are fluent in French and English (written/verbal) (frequent contacts outside Quebec).
