A - Responsabilités spécifiques
1. Soutenir les unités d'affaires de détail et le service juridique en participant à divers dossiers d'entreprise et commerciaux, comme les transactions commerciales, le développement des affaires et le soutien des recours en justice.
2. Transiger avec les intervenants internes et externes, notamment les conseillers juridiques externes en matière de l'immobilier et l'enregistrement des marques de commerces.
3. Fournir le soutien requis dans la préparation, la modification, l'exécution et la tenue à jour de la correspondance, des documents et des registres de la société, des contrats et d'autres documents; examiner des actes juridiques et autres documents afin d'assurer l'exhaustivité et l'exactitude.
4. Aider les membres du service juridique lorsque sa participation est requise dans des projets particuliers ou aux fins de création d'outils permettant d'améliorer les processus.
5. Participer à la mise en œuvre d'un programme de conservation des documents à l'échelle de l'entreprise en collaboration avec le service de conformité de l'entreprise.
6. Enregistrer et tenir à jour les licences, les permis et les droits de propriété intellectuelle de l'entreprise.
7. Offrir un soutien administratif général.

1. Agir à titre d'ambassadeur ou ambassadrice de McKesson en incarnant les valeurs de l'entreprise conformément aux modèles " Je m'engage " et ILEAD

1. DEC ou diplôme collégial en techniques juridiques ou formation équivalente.
2. Un minimum de 2 années d'expérience dans un milieu de droit des affaires ou de droit commercial, en entreprise ou dans un cabinet d'avocats.
3. Capacité à gérer plusieurs mandats dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
4. Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement interfonctionnel et à communiquer avec des gens de divers échelons de l'organisation.
5. Souci du détail, fort sens de synthèse et capacité à résumer.
6. Excellentes aptitudes de communication tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
7. Expérience en transactions, immobilier, marques de commerces et en litiges (atout).
8. Bilinguisme (anglais et français) (un atout).
9. Solides compétences informatiques - MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint et Word).
Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l'extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal Affairs, and working in collaboration with other members of the Legal Department, the role is responsible for contract revisions; contract administration support; directed legal research; general intake of legal matters; maintenance and management of legal databases; maintenance of corporate records; and provision of legal support to internal stakeholders.
Section A - Specific Responsibilities
1. Support retail business units and the Legal Department by being involved in different various corporate and commercial matters such as commercial transactions, business development, and litigation support;
2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including outside counsel, on matters such as real-estate and trademark registrations;
3. Assist with the preparation, amendment, execution, and maintenance of correspondence, corporate documents and records, contracts and other documentation; examining legal instruments and other documents to ensure completeness and accuracy;
4. Assist Legal Department members when asked to participate in special projects or the creation of tools to enable process improvements;
5. Participate in the implementation of a company-wide document retention program in collaboration with the Corporate Compliance department;
6. Registration and maintenance of business licenses, permits, and intellectual property registrations.
7. General administrative support.
Section B - General Responsibilities
1. Acts as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values under the ICARE and ILEAD model
2. Understand and explain basic legal principles and contractual arrangements to business colleagues
3. Provide professional and timely responses to internal clients and customers.
Section C - Position Requirements
1. DEC/College Diploma in Paralegal Studies or equivalent academic experience
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate or commercial law environment, either in-house or in a law firm
3. Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced and changing environment
4. Ability to work in a cross functional environment and communicate with people at various levels of the organization
5. Detailed oriented, whilst maintaining a strong sense of summary and ability to synthesize
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills
7. Transactional, Real Estate, Trademarks and Litigation experience an asset.
8. Bilingual in English and French an asset.
9. Strong computer skills - MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
