Senior Administrative Assistant
Regular Full-time
Duties: Reporting to the Dean of Innovation for Teaching and Learning this position focuses on administrative support to the functional units in the department including the Centre for Innovation in Teaching and Learning, eLearning (COTROnline), the Learning Commons, Production Support Centre, and Program Review processes. This position is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Innovation in Teaching and Learning portfolio and assists with the coordination of activities and events of the departmental units. This position is also responsible for providing direct administrative support to committees as directed by the Dean.
Qualifications:

Office Administration Certificate

Minimum of 3 years of relevant senior administrative assistant experience
- Excellent judgment, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent time and project management skills enabling work on multiple complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Management Information Systems

Excellent presentation, technical writing, and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and customer service skills.

Familiarity and experience with diverse populations, working respectfully and with cultural humility.
