We're looking for an Office Administrator who is great at administrative tasks, and is a well-organized, positive person who can work effectively with both colleagues and clients. The main responsibilities of this position include managing office and field processes, providing excellent customer service, and being a team player.
- Quickbooks management
- Office admin documents like workers comp etc.
- Email management
- Working with our job software and running reports
- Running payroll
- General stuff like posting to social media, implementing new pricing, etc.
We have an Office / Scheduling Manager, as well as 2 business managers that work in the office, along with 3 Project / Division managers. This is a support position, we all take on all duties and work together as a team for the greater good of the goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
