Grand Touring Automobiles is seeking to hire a Credit Analyst for the Grand Touring Financial Services ("GTFS") Division. The Credit Analyst will assist in reviewing and monitoring credit risk and mitigation. Adjudicate deals based on GTFS credit appetite, insure all steps are taken to mitigate risk and possible default.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in upholding Credit policies, procedures and adjudication guidelines for the credit department
- Ensure credit risk is within pre-determined guidelines for our growing network of dealers.
- Manage the credit queue deal submissions
- Adjudicate and decision leasing deals
- Analyze client credit reports, business financial statements, , employment information and obtain additional information as deemed necessary to satisfy risk appetite
- Assist in determining acceptable GTFS structure
- Communicate credit decision to financial service managers
- Issue approval checklist outlining approved structure and stipulations
- Track and maintain relevant client credit information and exposure limits
- Manage and maintain relationships with FSM’s to uncover new business opportunities by identifying gaps.
- Manage end of lease maturities
- Assist with asset remarketing and disposals
- Handle all insurance losses, negotiating with insurance companies to obtain strong clients settlements
Qualifications:
- Credit and Finance Background
- Strong understanding of Commercial Credit
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Knowledge
- KYC tactics
- CDK Knowledge is preferred
- Automotive Credit Adjudication experience is preferred
The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background with combined banking and automotive retail experience. Knowledge of CDK and 180 systems would be considered an asset.
