Young Kempt Physiotherapy is losing our receptionist after 9 years. She will be leaving the practice to pursue other goals outside the city.
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to fill these shoes. Young Kempt Physiotherapy is a very well respected and busy locally owned clinic in the heart of Halifax, NS.

We hire therapists and support staff based on their abilities but also on their contribution to the culture we all like to work in. We have a multidisciplinary team that includes physiotherapy, massage therapy, counselling, athletic therapy, and orthopaedic surgery.
We offer competitive pay with health/dental benefits. The successful candidate would be a reliable, mature person who can provide excellent customer service to our clients and work in a fast paced environment. Duties would include (but not limited) to answering phones, taking payments, booking appointments, billing to 2nd and 3rd party providers. It would include working with therapists and insurance companies for motor vehicle accidents and Worker’s Compensation Board of NS for clients of a work place injury. The successful candidate should first and foremost be team oriented and friendly, interested in working in a collaborative environment and self-driven.
We are located at the corner of Windsor St and Almon St in the north end of Halifax , NS.
