Job
We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented, creative thinking, and organized individual, who is able to multitask with a variety of duties.
- Maintain and balance various accountsmanual and sage bookkeeping system
- Calculate and prepare payroll to process electronically
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries / sales payables
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare T4's/T5018
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Bank deposits / reconciliations
