Le candidat en charge des comptes fournisseurs travaillera au sein d'une équipe de 6 personnes sous la responsabilité du directeur des comptes fournisseurs. Le candidat doit être à l'aise dans le traitement du cycle complet. Le directeur recherche une personne diligente et capable de faire un minimum d'erreurs. Le candidat doit avoir de l'expérience en matière de correspondance tripartite.
- Valider et créer des fournisseurs dans les différentes plateformes bancaires.
- Préparer les paiements en respectant les différentes conditions de paiement.
- Soutenir le processus quotidien de réconciliation bancaire.
- Participer à la préparation de présentations et de rapports de gestion.
- Produire des rapports et diverses analyses
- Soutenir l'analyste financier dans la préparation des régularisations de fin de mois.
- Répondre aux demandes internes et externes d'informations sur les paiements.
- Faire correspondre les factures aux bons bons de commande.

Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel, de Word et de PowerPoint

Description:
The accounts payable candidate would be working on a team of 6 reporting to the accounts payable manager. The candidate is expected to be comfortable processing the full cycle. The Manager is looking for someone diligeant and who will be able to make minimal mistakes. The candidate needs to have experience with three way match.
- Validate and create suppliers in the various banking platforms.

Prepare payments while respecting the various payment terms.

Support the daily bank reconciliation process.

Participate in the preparation of presentations and management reports.

Produce reports and various analyses

Support the Financial Analyst in the preparation of month-end accruals.

Respond to internal and external requests for payment information.

Matching invoices to the correct PO.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- You have an accounting certificate or DEP in accounting techniques.
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience accounts payable as a specialist or technician
- Very good command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- You have a good knowledge of SAP
