About the Role
We welcome applications from qualified individuals from all backgrounds. We are looking for a well-spoken, confident and outgoing individual to join us as a Divisional Manager, Reinsurance Contracts. This position requires an individual with a high energy level, excellent communication and written skills. This position will report to the Divisional AVP, Inforce Management & Treaty Services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operations of a specific division within the company
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve division goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze division performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects
- Provide leadership and guidance to division employees, including training, coaching, and performance management
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
