As an IELTS Exam Invigilator, you need to have the following qualifications:
- Fluent speaking in English
- For non-native English speakers, TOEFL iBT score of 90 or higher or IELTS score of 7 or higher is mandatory.
- Punctuality and patience
- Comfortable with technology and presentation
- Comfortable in giving a speech
- Good customer service
- Willing to troubleshoot problems that may happen during an exam and find a solution for it
- Be a team player
Job Description:
- Conducting an English Language Exam as a team member
Invigilating an English Language Exam as a team member
- Commuting to the testing venue which maybe a local hotel or university
- Picking up and delivering 10 to 20 lb luggages
- Communicating with the head office and coworkers in Halifax and Montreal before, during, and after the exam
- Having an active phone number and email address is necessary
