We are extending a challenging and rewarding job opportunity as a Landscape Designer who can identify, assess and solve our client’s design needs, creating beautiful landscape spaces and concepts for medium and high-end residential projects. The position will require experience and knowledge using different CAD software and creative thinking to materialize our customers' dream landscape

Also, the Landscape designer can work independently using outstanding time management skills through all designs and projects under company leadership and quickly adapt to collaborative workspaces.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage new Business opportunities in Landscape Design.
- Contact current and potential clients to identify and assess their landscaping design needs.
- Survey and assess designated sites and develop designs taking into consideration landscape features, buildings, climate, future usage, laws, bylaws and other aspects.
- Prepare detailed drawings for sites, including features such as trees, shrubs, gardens, lighting, walkways, patios, decks, benches, fences, retaining walls and fountains.
- Present designs and estimates to clients in collaboration with Administration.
- Prepare site plans, reports, sketches, models, photographs, maps and design plans.
- Prepare specifications and evaluate tenders for landscape construction projects.
- Asses and provide creative solutions in landscape projects.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Landscaping Architecture or post-graduate studies with a specialization in landscape design is an asset.
- 3+ years of experience in landscaping design
- Proficient in CAD (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Sketch Up, Dynoscape or other )
- Knowledge of landscape construction methods and materials.
- Experience with clients consulting and managing proposals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in estimating time and material requirements would be an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and critical thinking
- High Attention to detail.
Compensation :
- Annual Salary Range $45.000 - $73.000
- Base Salary ($45.000 a year) plus uncapped commission structure, being able to reach 65.000 up to 73.000.
