We believe in quality of life!
We are flexible so that we can be high achievers but without stressing about personal commitments, because we all have things outside of work we need to take care of.
We can leave on time without guilt, and our work schedules are predictable. We’re all someone’s parent, partner, child, and we know having time for those people and for our communities matters to us.
We believe in healthy workspaces!
We are unique individuals with our own identities, and we support each other so that we can chase our passions and aspirations, and be a voice for Nova Scotian Black and African Communities.
We support each other’s growth and development, so that we can innovate and challenge norms.
We are heard and hear others. We acknowledge the people around us and show them that they are appreciated.
We believe in getting the best out of life!
Pay is competitive (starting salary $40,000 to $42,000) and increases are regular because we all have lives to pay for.
We have a full benefits package because our and our family’s health is important.
We offer significant paid vacation and other paid time-off, as well as paid personal days, because we can never have enough time with the people in our lives who matter.
We believe in our mission, and we are hiring an Administrative Assistant!
