Busy East End Toronto real estate law firm requires a student interested residential real estate lawyer and becoming a Real Estate Lawyer able to handle all matters from file opening to closing. The ideal candidate will have experience in this area.

Although you will be working with support staff, responsibilities Include: Complete file and client intakes and management. Process residential Sale and Purchase files. Correspond with clients, real estate agents, builders lawyer and other involved parties. Assist with final Reports Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. Respond to general inquiries through walk-ins, telephone, email or written correspondence. Input file information into a real estate program; Submit requisitions; process interim purchase files; Provide basic administrative support to staff members.
Good interpersonal relationships skills- Must be able to Communicate and write effectively in English Conduct telephone communications in a professional manner Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy office, independently and in a team environment
We will also consider a recent graduate who has experience with Conveyancer, Teraview, PC Law and is able to immediately work on completing Real Estate Transactions. Must have strong interpersonal skills, is a self starter, hard working interested in Real Estate Law.
