Traction Complete is looking for an Executive Assistant/People Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you act as a true partner to the CEO and Leadership Team. You’ll be their point person, helping them to prioritize and manage their workload. You’ll have a first hand look into all areas of the business. In addition, as the People Experience Coordinator, you are the front line person for answering team member questions and building strong relationships throughout the company. You have a dynamic personality, excellent organizational and administrative skills, and bring fun and enthusiasm to every interaction.

Skills
Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:
3+ years experience working in a People and Culture or Administrative support role within a hyper-growth organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Superior planning and organizational skills, including high attention to detail
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, donors, and funded partners
Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time
Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team and in a self-directed manner
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive for continuous improvement
Good understanding of Human Resources principles, practices and processes
What You Will Be Doing
Executive Assistant
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, and and arranging/drafting meeting agendas, schedules and related documentation
Preparation of quality corporate presentations, including Board meetings
Coordinate retreats, events and meetings (both virtual and in person)
Manage expense reports on a monthly basis
Drafting correspondence and providing administrative support
Liaising with Leadership Team as well as key partners and clients
Manage and coordinate operational activities that support the overall objectives and goals of the company
People Experience
Respond to general requests and questions regarding PX programs and provide information according to to established policies and procedures
Social and event coordination for Traction team members
Assist with preparing job postings
Assist with short-listing candidates, book interviews, and conduct reference checks
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation
Administer employee enrollments and changes in company benefits plan
Work with benefits carriers to resolve issues as required
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Preference given to candidates based in the Lower Mainland.
