This is great opportunity for an experienced AR Specialist, looking for a change in business sectors.
Position Responsibilities:
- Communication with our customers to resolve past-due account balances.
- Build a rapport with 400 plus account customers through regular contact via phone, email, and text.
- Determine escalation steps appropriate for delinquent collections accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service and support through creating innovative positive solutions.
- Identify high-risk accounts and work with management's support to resolve.
- Monitor the billing process to improve timely and accurate invoice billing.
- Work closely with the sales staff to improve invoice billings and payment recording to ensure clean, accurate customer balances at the end of each period.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Degree is an asset
- Experience in a business-to-business environment preferred.
- At least two years of collections and customer call experience.
- Experience in reconciling accounts.

Salary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)
- collections and customer call: 2 years (preferred)
