Based in the Burlington office, the IT Business Applications Support will be responsible for the IT systems of Endress+Hauser Canada. Working closely with InfoServe, you will ensure all aspects of the IT systems are functional while adhering to corporate policies, standards, and guidelines.
Role+Responsibilities
Manage processes related to sustaining and innovating the sales centre and channel partner IT applications & business processes while providing a world class, preeminent customer experience.
Be a visionary that innovates, creates, manages, and executes company IT applications projects working with local and global resources.
Build relationships cross-functionally in the organization and our channel partners to foster an outside-in, customer critical approach harmonizing IT applications.
Understand and document the business IT application landscape Train key users and maintain knowledge within the organization and our channel partners.
Test and communicate business systems changes to the organization and channel partners.
Use structured analysis methods to understand business challenges and drive technical solutions, whether internally or externally developed.
Assist the organization in detecting and prioritizing business problems and developing specifications for change and improvement.
Handling of business systems incidents and requests.
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification+Profile
Post-secondary technical education or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of IT experience
Advanced knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems
Experience with B2B integration
