We started with televisions and we are now expanding into new product categories. We are now looking for multiple Tech Testers to join our team.
Are you a sales representative who goes beyond their peers in helping customers, and understanding the product, including comparing performance?
Are you a technical support agent or technician who digs deeper into client problems to understand their cause, and always strives to learn more?
Are you a tech/gadget enthusiast who dives deeper into understanding technologies and comparing their performance?

Responsibilities
Understand and test new products, by following the written test bench procedure
Investigate and troubleshoot issues with the performance of products
Compare test results to verify quality and spot potential issues or mistakes
Re-check specific results and product performance due to firmware updates or user questions
Other duties as assigned
Personality
You love doing research, analyzing, and comparing products. You typically spend weeks researching before buying something
You like helping people. The whole purpose of our website is to help people find the best product for them
You like learning new things. Even if you become an expert, you will never know everything. There will always be new technology
You are methodological
Qualification/Experience
Good English communication skills
No specific qualifications/requirements, but it is a bonus to have a technical background such as QA analyst/testing or Technician with a DEP/DEC in electronic or computer science or computer support
