We currently have a Full Time opening for an Accounts Payable Team Member - Fuel within our Finance Shared Services Center team. As the successful candidate, you excel in a deadline driven environment, have excellent organizational skills, and are continuously searching for new and better ways of doing things. You are customer focused and very professional. Additionally, you enjoy metrics and strive to continuously exceed expectations and standards.
Your primary responsibility will involve processing sales orders, freight and supplier payments, managing discrepancies and communicating with internal departments as well as with corporate and franchise sites.
Main responsibilities include:
- Reporting using macros
- Processing sales orders for fuel deliveries
- Processing payments to freight companies and fuel suppliers
- Resolving issues of discrepancies
- Preparing uploads and processing entries
- Preparing Working Papers and other period end tasks
- Communicating with customers
- Communicating with various departments internally
- College diploma/University degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven time management, organization and multitasking skills
- Customer focused and committed to exceeding service levels
- Aptitude for understanding new technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sound knowledge of SAP (preferred)
