Under the direction of the Principal, the Office Administrator provides secretarial and administrative services for the Principal and staff; acts as a receptionist; maintains office records; orders school supplies; provides basic medical attention; and performs other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a Secondary School Diploma; one year of Community College in a related field; three years of related experience; and proficiency in word processing. Candidates should also possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; tact, diplomacy and discretion; and the ability to work independently.
Casual Office Administrators/Administrative Assistants must be available to work on call during regular school hours at various school locations.
These are casual positions with an hourly wage range starting at $23.74 plus 4% in lieu of vacation pay.
