We are currently seeking a senior law clerk with 5+ years’ experience in the personal injury field to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Civil Litigation, with experience in plaintiff personal injury and accident benefits.
Responsibilities would include:
- Draft / Review documents, including pleadings, affidavits, motion/application materials, briefs, for review by supervising lawyer;
- Reviewing and summarizing litigation files;
- Drafting mediation and pretrial memorandums;
- Preparing medical chronologies;
- Preparing files for LAT case conference and hearings;
- Communicate with supervising lawyer, other counsel, and staff; and
- Communicate and meet with clients.
