We are currently looking for a Inflight Product Purchasing Coordinator (12-Month Contract) to join us in making vacation dreams come true. The Inflight Product Purchasing Coordinator (12-Month Contract) will be responsible for purchasing Inflight products, processing vendor invoices and reconciling all concerns prior to approval for payment. They will be responsible for all stations/kitchens supplies throughout the system.

What You’ll Do:
-
Prepare and order supplies for all flight kitchens system wide.
-
Review inventories for all locations weekly.
-
Confirm and expedite all purchase orders for required dates.
-
Review and input all Inflight Product invoices.
-
Communicate with vendors/customers regarding invoice discrepancies.
-
Ensure all packing slips are received each week from all locations.
-
Enter all receipts into accounting systems.

Back up the Inflight product Buyer when required.
- Review Canadian kitchen invoices for Managers approval.

Duties and responsibilities may change as necessary.
What You’ll Need:
-
One year purchasing experience required.

Experience in purchasing systems is an asset.

Strong computer skills (MS Office/Excel/Word.)

Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners.

Proven organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
