Algieri Boileau Legal is looking for an Accident Benefits Paralegal with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Personal Injury Law.
Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Independently manage a file load
- Superior knowledge of the SABS
- Superior knowledge of LAT Rules and Procedures
- Experience preparing and attending LAT case conferences and hearings
- Experience preparing and attending for EUO
- Candidates must be in good standing with the LSO
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to multitask
