We are looking for an SAP Functional Analyst to work with one of our clients based in Montreal.
MISSION AND REQUIREMENTS :
· Demonstrated expertise in facilitating the implementation and support of SAP CRM 7.0 module to optimize business functionality and improve performance.
· Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Solution Architecture and Design, as well as SAP Standard Configuration and Testing of the CRM module.
· Additional hands-on experience in SD/MM modules would be advantageous.
· Ability to conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into system requirements, while identifying gaps, issues, and proposing effective work-around solutions.
· Capability to provide technical guidance for end-to-end integrated solutions involving SAP and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
· Established track record of taking a leading role in functional and technical design, support, documentation, and training for multiple integrated systems using SAP.
· Collaborative approach to working with the Quality Assurance team, offering input and assessing the comprehensiveness and suitability of QA plans.
· Proven experience in adhering to a standardized development lifecycle process.
· Familiarity with working in remote team environments.
PROFILE:
· At least 6 years of experience in SAP CRM, with additional expertise in SD/MM being advantageous.
· Hands-on experience in the end-to-end implementation of at least 2 SAP CRM Modules, including design, configuration, and functional testing.
· Possessing a techno-functional skillset that includes code debugging and a solid understanding of technical objects would be beneficial.
· Strong business knowledge and proficiency in process design skills.
· Demonstrated experience in managing production incidents effectively.
· Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying complex or technical project information to a diverse business audience.
· Proven track record of integrating SAP with other corporate systems, which would be highly valuable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
