We are seeking an experienced Family Law Associate (2-3 years of experience) to join our growing team. At this time, this role will be 100% virtual, offering you independence and work/life balance.
To be successful in this role, you possess:
● Minimum of 2 years of family law experience including family litigation and negotiated settlements
● LL.B. or J.D. with a license to practice law in Ontario
●Excellent legal research skills
Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
● In-depth knowledge of Family Law Rules
● Excellent knowledge of Divorcemate
● Excellent drafting skills
● Strong attention to detail, analysis and problem solving skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
