Qualifications:
Required: Secondary School Diploma. Advanced skills in various software applications, i.e. MS Office, including Excel. Experience with budget procedures. Excellent word processing, communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, prioritization and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred: Two year college diploma in Business Administration or related field. Knowledge of Simcoe County District School Board Policies, Administrative Procedures Memoranda, and Numbered Memoranda. Knowledge of board approved software, e.g. ATE/EasyConnect, SchoolCash.net, JD Edwards, PowerSchool student information system. Knowledge of basic office and accounting procedures. Previous experience working in a school environment. First Aid and CPR Certificate. Knowledge of EQAO testing and reporting.
Testing may be required during the selection process.
