Representing over 2,600 REALTORS® in Manitoba, The Manitoba Real Estate Association Inc. (MREA) is seeking a professional standards assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the professional standards department.
Reporting to the director of professional standards, the professional standards assistant will:
· Provide support to the professional standards department for the administration of the complaint and concern process, including answering telephone and email inquiries from the public and MREA members
· Assist in preparation of professional standards correspondence documents and materials
· Assist in file management systems, including updating/maintaining a professional standards dashboard
· Assist in scheduling and preparation for professional standards committee meetings, hearings, and arbitrations, including preparing meeting packages, drafting meeting minutes, and other related activities
· Assist in maintaining a professional standards calendar
· Other duties as assigned
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
· Completion of a recognized legal administrative assistant program or relevant experience as a legal administrative assistant
· A minimum of three years of legal administrative assistant or similar office experience
· Knowledge of common office computer systems
