Qualifications and Experience
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
1. Expert knowledge of the EnerGov Application
2. Experience with 3-5 major releases of EnerGov
3. Minimum 3 years of experience with configuration of EnerGov
4. At least 3 years of experience providing technical backend support of the EnerGov environments (Dev, Test, Production, and others)
5. Strong knowledge of application (and/or application module) installations, configurations, testing, and system validations
6. Ability to effectively architect the solution and integrations between systems
7. Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who takes the initiative and proactively offers suggestions and resolutions.
8. Knowledge of full lifecycle application development.
9. Minimum 3 years’ experience with the following:
- 9.1 User Interface (UI) design.
- 9.2 Database Skills – SQL, SSMS
- 9.3 PowerShell 9.4 Agile Methodology
10. Knowledge of Elastic Search would be a definite asset
11. Knowledge of GIS would be a definite asset
12. .NET development (testing/troubleshooting the APIs) would be a definite asset
Interpersonal and Communication Skills
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
2. Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical customers
3. Very skilled to field a broad range of questions and respond in an appropriate manner
4. Experienced in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and operating at a fast pace
5. Self-directed, proactive, analytical, and organized
6. Public Sector experience preferred

Salary: $60.00-$100.00 per hour
