Our clinic is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant with experience working in healthcare, who would have professional language proficiency in both English and French.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for many different tasks related to the daily operations of the clinic. The main duties of this position include patient management, customer service, scheduling and miscellaneous business-related task management.
Flexible work arrangements, ranging from 15-35 hours per week.
Main responsibilities will include:
-Answer and direct calls and emails;
-Establish communications between customers and directors and team members;
-Coordinate office activities and operations;
-Provide support to the team and clinicians with appointment scheduling, and client communication;
-Organize documents and reports;

-Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role;
-Outstanding verbal and written communication, and interpersonal abilities;
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
-Self-directed and able to work independently;
-Motivated to learn new skills;
-Strong attention to detail;
-Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask;
-Familiarity with office management procedures;
-Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram);
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software;
-Strong written communication skills in both English and French;
-Degree in business administration or relevant field;
-Ability to work remotely;
