Barista Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service in a clean and welcoming environment.
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
- Preparing and serving hot/cold drinks such as coffee, tea and speciality beverages.
- Receiving and processing customer payments.
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils, equipment and restocking inventory.
- Selling coffee blend and brewing equipment, along with educating customers about brewing methods.
- Learning more about brewing methods & beverage blends.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
Barista Requirements
· Passionate about coffee.
. Must have previous barista experience.
· Excellent Customer service/focus.
· Identifying problems and solving them.
· Time management & ability to complete tasks on the job.
· Ability to work as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $14.50-$18.00 per hour
