The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.
We are seeking a corporate lawyer to join our successful and growing team in our Barrie location. This position will be involved in corporate organizations, and re-organizations, structured financings and private placements, business acquisitions and dispositions, and in drafting and negotiating all manner of general corporate and commercial agreements.
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
· Strong professional and academic credentials
· Minimum 5 years of experience in of related experience in private practice
· Excellent drafting skills, a proven ability to handle files independently and as part of a team, and a desire to exceed expectations
· Excellent communication and networking skills
