About Us
KYH LPC is a full service boutique law firm located in Markham. We are a multilingual law firm servicing our clients in English, French, Cantonese and Mandarin in the areas of real estate construction, conveyance and financing; wills and estates; business law and commercial litigation.
Responsibilities:
· Communicating with and greeting clients
· Managing schedules and coordinating meetings
· Basic bookkeeping
· Provide extended hours support
Knowledge:
· Experience with QuickBooks templates considered an asset
· Experience with basic banking an asset
· Understanding Mandarin or Cantonese is required
· Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 is required
Abilities:
· Working in a professional office and related experience an asset
· Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills are required
· Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on the severity is required
· Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are required
