ServiceNow Business Analyst
- 5+ years’ experience as Business Analyst in ServiceNow environment
- Experience on ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM
- Strong communication and facilitator skills to interact with stakeholders and support them in the elicitation of requirements, validation testing and providing training
- Technical knowledge on ServiceNow to interact with the development and QA team
- Self-starter, sense of urgency. Able to work with ambiguity.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $85.00 per hour
