Full job description
Our client has an upcoming requirement for an Onsite Service Desk/Helpdesk Analyst- This will be a fulltime contract to hire role, Monday-FRiday 40 hours per week. Candidates should have 2 years of relevant service Desk/Helpdesk experience and skill set should include:
Windows 10 support, ticketing systems, end user support, MS application support, desktop/laptop troubleshooting, remote support tools, SW installs, imaging, adding and deleting users from email, password resets etc...
