Position Overview
We are looking for a junior Corporate Commercial Legal Assistant or Paralegal for a busy solicitor's practice. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include business transactions including annual reports, Minute Book due diligence, asset purchases/sales, share purchases/sales, incorporations, dividends, redemptions, and society incorporations. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Appara and Alf an asset and some working knowledge of Soluno and Netdocuments would be beneficial.
