Our Robert Half Legal Client located in Markham provides labor and employment law services. We are looking for a relationship focused, professional Labour & Employment lawyer to join their growing business.
Providing effective solutions to Clients, you possess 3-5 years of labour and employment law experience with proven litigation and advocacy expertise. You will advise clients on HR issues, advocate for them before courts and tribunals and conduct third-party workplace investigations.
The candidate will have the true ability to define and analyze problems and assess risks. You possess a strong work ethic and have a genuine passion for what you do! Exceptional communication and results-focused approach are must-haves in this position.
