Pocketed is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team!
Pocketed is a rapidly growing software startup that helps businesses across North America access billions of dollars in ‘free money’ through grants, tax credits, and incentives. As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in helping our customers achieve their goals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with Pocketed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance
- Understand our customers' business needs and goals, and work with them to identify relevant non-dilutive funding programs
- Help our customers navigate the grant application process, providing guidance and support along the way
- Work closely with our internal teams to ensure our customers' needs are being met
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring they are up to date and accurate
Your Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
- Experience in customer service or customer success is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and proactively
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for helping entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed
- Familiarity with grant funding and tax credits is a plus
