Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and databases.
- Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or CRM Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of data sources, storage, and statistical methodologies.
- Curiosity to explore and solve data mysteries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive Salesforce reports and Dashboards across all departments.
- Utilize Tableau CRM to develop sophisticated reports that provide unique insights beyond standard reporting.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of company data to identify trends that enhance efficiency, revenue, and customer experiences.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, maintaining its reliability akin to a compass on open waters.
- Stay informed about platform advancements, from Salesforce reporting to Tableau CRM excellence.
- Analyze historical sales data to optimize inventory levels for serialized and unserialized products.
- Provide insightful data and analytics support to the accounting and finance teams.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Assist with data entry and project support for the Accounting team.
- Handle complex reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Act as a reliable anchor for the Accounting team, offering support as required.
- Undertake various accounting duties, including research, reconciliation, and data analysis.
Compensation:
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $51,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience.
