Allalou Law is looking for an experienced, professional, and dedicated family lawyer.
The ideal candidate must have experience in family law and litigation. Trial experience is a bonus. The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, and be able to provide our clients with top-quality representation, no matter the challenge they face and have attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and discuss options, strategies and solutions at key junctures of their case so they understand their options and make informed decisions
Prepare Family Law documents pleadings; such as, applications, answers, briefs, motion materials, affidavits etc...
Prepare clients for hearings and trials
Attend conferences and trials
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience as a family lawyer
Licensed to practice in Ontario
