Compensation:
$75,000+
Responsibilities:-
Hold consultations with Landlords and Tenants to understand their needs in depth before proceeding with transactions

Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales

Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth

Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience

Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities

Meet with builders and developers to build relationships for future Commercial projects
Qualifications:-
A valid Commercial Real Estate License or working toward one

Can apply if holding Residential Real Estate License and open to taking Commercial course within 6 months

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

A successful and proven sales history is preferred

Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth

Organized and manages time effectively
