We are looking for a lawyer to enter into contract with us until December 31, 2023. This position is best suited for a sole proprietor or lawyer looking to increase their caseload.
Location: Remote with the opportunity for office space
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage iles, offering expert guidance and representation to clients.
Draft comprehensive and legally sound wills tailored to the individual needs of clients.
Engage in client consultations, establishing and maintaining a robust rapport throughout the legal process.
Consult and collaborate with fellow legal professionals within the firm to ensure optimal client outcomes.
Engage in continuous learning, ensuring up-to-date knowledge in family law and wills.
Uphold and enhance the firm's esteemed reputation for legal excellence.
Seek and implement innovative approaches to optimize client experiences and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Valid license to practice law in Ontario with the Law Society of Ontario.
- LawPro E&O Insurance.
- Exceptional communication and client management capabilities.
- Ability to function independently.
- An enthusiastic approach to legal research and continuous learning.
- No prior experience necessary – newcomers to the profession are encouraged and supported.
