Law firm seeks experienced paralegal or law clerk for full-time position. Our firm focuses on police accountability, including police complaints, civil litigation and criminal defence.
Work will be online from home office located anywhere in Canada. Applicant must have significant experience working at a personal injury firm. Anti-colonial and anti-oppressive understanding and analysis are essential. Rate of pay will be determined based on experience and skills.

You will have significant responsibility for a wide range of tasks including:
- Drafting claims, motions, mediation and pre-trial briefs
- Correspondence with opposing counsel
- Communication with clients
- Obtaining, organizing and reviewing records including medical records
- Preparing summaries and briefs of evidence
- Preparing Affidavits of Documents
