We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality, an ability to multitask, and a strong knowledge of the products we carry. We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail sales and customer service, and who is committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
