The mission of the Executive Support Department is to offer the best in class executive support by maximizing productivity and efficiency for our Executive as well as supporting our Executive’s personal needs and their respective area of business.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a member of the Executive Support Department, you will be part of the team responsible for supporting Aritzia’s Executives to enhance their efficiency and support them in leading the business. As the Executive Assistant to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will enable seamless and effective leadership through providing business and personal assistance to your assigned Executive leader. THE JOB
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will:

Maximize the value of the Executive’s time through highly effective calendar management

Ensure the office of the Executive is well managed on all fronts, including office organization, accounting and finances, document management, and more

Provide support for the Executive in order for their day to progress without intermittence, including meal service and other errands

Ensure the Executive is able to access and use their technology issue free
-
Plan, confirm and ensure Executive travel happens smoothly and successfully
-
Provide personal support for the Executive to ensure their time is maximized in the business

Provide business support for the Executive’s department, as well as the Executive Support Department
