By being a credit and collection clerk with us, you will:

Build a relationship with customers to offer repayment solutions and communicate an action plan;

Ensure that payment agreements are respected;

Perform any other tasks that may help the team achieve its objectives.
Do you have the profile?

College diploma (DEC) in administration or equivalent experience;
-
Experience in collections an asset, any other related experience recognized;

Knowledge of basic accounting;
-
Good knowledge of French and English (spoken and written);
-
Proficiency with computers and standard software (Office suite);

Very comfortable with a high volume of calls.
