RESPONSIBILITES:
*Oversee all day-to-day operations of the plant facility.
*Manage ISO 9000:2015 Quality management systems.
*Create and implement policies and procedures.
*Manage a staff of 100 plant workers.
*Assist with the implemenation of a plastics-specific ERP system (Cyframe).
*Manage maintenance team, and order parts as needed.
*Oversee production and scheduling.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's Degree
*3-10 years experience as a plant manager
*3-5 years of blown film experience
*Ability to speak Hindi or Punjabi is an asset

Salary: $95,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
