K&K Swim School has been inspiring our swimmers since 2014. Having taught thousands of swimmers, we’ve built our curriculum from the best industry standards. We are excited to expand our Customer Care team to facilitate our Instructors in providing families with a love for the water.

THE ROLE:
Join our K&K Customer Care Team to challenge, grow, and inspire our swimmers in the water!
Wage:
The starting wage is based on your previous experience. $18-20/hr
THE SCHEDULE:
K&K is currently searching for a Customer Care Assistant that is available for 2-4 of the following shifts…
Mondays from 3:00pm to 8:00pm
Tuesdays from 1:00pm to 6:00pm
Saturdays from 8:00am to 2:00pm
Sundays from 8:00am to 2:00pm
Sundays from 2:00pm to 8:00pm

THE DETAILS:
- Communicate K&K’s Mission to clients
- Edit & relay lesson schedule change details to current clients
- Absorbe & educate client leads on K&K’s program & registration process
- Manage waitlists to manually enroll clients into lessons
- Collaborate with Customer Care and Leadership team members to ensure optimal customer service is provided by the Instructor team
- Keep an open & curious mind to problem-solve new processes
- Become knowledgeable in K&K’s teaching program to communicate swimmer progression & goals
WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
K&K Swim School offers swim lessons in local venues around Alberta & Saskatchewan.
