Building the C6 tech stack: Researching, recommending, and selecting the right technologies for Carbon6 in partnership with key business stakeholders.

Launching new applications: Planning, executing, and managing the integration of new applications into existing corporate infrastructure, systems and software, including change management.

Consolidation of tooling: Consolidating IT/software products from multiple vendors, including migration.

Internal application support: Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders on tooling maintenance and troubleshooting, identifying root cause and providing technical support when needed.

Managing vendor contracts and relationships:: Managing IT vendor relationships and overseeing C6 and vendor compliance with contracts and agreements on behalf of the business (managing renewal cycles etc).

Owning compliance: Ensuring that software implementations meet security, compliance, and other requirements as needed.

Identity management: Implementing and owning Carbon6 devices and identity management.

IT administration experience: 5+ years’ experience in IT administrator or similar roles. Comfort with both strategic and analytical IT administrative leadership.

Experience with end-to-end Enterprise software implementation: High degree of comfort with spearheading Enterprise software selection, migration, implementation, and rollout.

Comfort with scale-up environments: Experience working in high-growth and highly complex organizations (BONUS - experience with M&A systems integration).

Self-starter: Can identify important focus areas, prioritize workload, and execute tasks accordingly.

Excellent communication skills: Effective stakeholder management (internal/external) and communication with the ability to condense complex concepts into digestible format for stakeholders at all levels.

Customer-obsession: Highly collaborative and customer-obsessed mindset. Desire to help others be successful with our technical stack.

Technical aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot and solve software or product issues as required. Able to learn new technologies quickly. Knowledgeable about the latest software and industry
