3+ years of experience in financial industry, preferably in Cash Management, Transaction Banking and/or Commercial Banking as a Product Manager or Sr. Business Analyst.
3+ years of hand on experience in Agile development in a Product Manager/Owner or Sr. Business Analyst role, including creating, grooming user stories and refining backlog.
In-depth working knowledge in deposit, liquidity and other Cash Management products such as Virtual Accounts (VAM), Sweeps and investment solutions
Understanding of innovative technologies and current digital banking trends
Working knowledge in digital channels
Team player who works well with technical and business partners
Leader with organizational skills to set development goals and evangelize the initiatives
Starter to be comfortable with a fast-moving environment and navigate through the ambiguities
