Responsibilities:
· Answer up to 60 calls per day during busy periods
· Provide outstanding customer service
· Relay program information with accuracy
· Avoid complaints
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:45am – 4:15pm Pacific Time
· Minimum 1 year of call center experience
· Ability to multitask efficiently
· Exceptional computer skills
· Skilled in problem solving
